The impact Hot Dogs have had on music history is immeasurable. How many struggling artists have depended on cheap hot dogs for survival in the early part of their career?  We know it's a lot, but we'll never know the true number.

However, we can measure their influence by listening to all the great songs inspired by Hot Dogs, and there must be thousands of them.  So, part of our goal is to review all this incredible music and determine which of those songs rise to the top.

Takes place every year on October 9th.  It appears to be another Submarine Shop promotional holiday.  The origins of this holiday are unknown.

This is celebrated the last Friday of September.  German Agricultural Industries (DLG) created this holiday in 1999.  There seems to be some confusion about this holiday.  Some write that this is actually German Butterbrod Day, while others say that German Sandwich Day.   However, for the purposes of our site, we are following the latter.

There is nothing cooler than picking a sandwich as your moniker, which is exactly what MC Hotdog (熱狗) did.  Currently a household name both in Taiwan and China, he won the Golden Melody Award for Best Mandarin Album, and in recent years, has appeared on a multitude of rap battle and reality TV shows.

Did we also mention that he has awesome music?  And some of the songs are even named after his moniker, hotdogs!  So, we decided to spend some time listening to his music and making a list of our favorite MC Hotdog (熱狗) songs.

Our number one song was actually made for a movie, and we have two versions of it.  The original one sung by MC Hotdog (熱狗) and featuring Yue Yunpeng (岳云鹏), and another remixed version from a popular Chinese television show.  Both versions are awesome!
